At FVM Homeware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- Some products (e.g., personal care items, food containers, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or replacement.
